80% of every person height very much depends upon his/him family heredity .And remaining 20% of body height depends on our daily life activities like as,


1. Proper sleep

Teenagers must sleep at least 6 to 8 hours per day .It's very much depends not only our height but also growth of every human cells or organ. Children must sleep at least 9 to 10 hours per day for their healthy growth .Select suitable noisy free and dust free environment to sleep.






2. Milk
                      Drink at least one cup of milk every day .Milk contains large amount of protein and calcium ,which is very much use full for the height and growth.




3. Sports and Regular Exercise
                                                   Physical fitness is very much depends on the height growth .Make body fit by sports like football ,badminton ,cricket ,Tennis ,Swimming  etc and practice stretching exercises which would help to increase the height more fastly.
